Great customer service and chicken kabob. Falafel was small and over cooked

I love their food; however, tonite (Saturday) my order is nearly ONE HOUR late! The worst thing is that they are not answering their phone and even Grubhub couldnt get in touch! Disgraceful!

The meals are so fresh and deliciously tasty. Talking about red hot, true blood Mediterranean! They need to add hot beverages to the regular menu.

Great food and for a very reasonable price.

Authentic flavors is the name of the game here. From a local Lebanese perspective, this is very similar to authentic falafel, shawarma beef and chicken that you would find in tasty restaurants in the streets of Beirut. If you're in the mood for tasty Lebanese food look no further. This place had great taste and add I learned is owned by a Lebanese family that's passionate about taste. We will be coming back.

The food was okay but nothing like receiving 5 stars out of almost 400 reviews! I kind of regret the decision which I made based on the reviews. The plate (super shawarma) contains mix of chicken and beef which was super dry and over cooked, full of oil. The kunefe dessert was way far behind even receiving 1 star. I gave 2 stars only because of very friendly and searing service not for the food.

The authenticity of the food is what drives me here again and again.

I have been here 7+ times in less than a year and if I didn't live so far up on the north shore, I would be here more often. Nice selection of fresh, tantalizing entrees and once, the grill cook customized my liver lunch with add ons that were not on the menu. So, selection, fresh, flavorful, no long big-deal-like-a-bogged-down restaurant setting, nearby parking, and a staff that wants me to come back. Worth the trip. Every time.

The owner is totally unprepared to serve his customers and partners. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent food very good prices and the service is fantastic! Love this place! I drive an hour just to have their shawarma.

The order taker at the register needs to improve his attitude when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, his rudeness ruined the entire dinning experience. The food is not bad.

Their owner is a very jolly guy and the food is amazing. Especially the white sauce, it was very fresh. Kudos to them!

One of the best parts of living in Norwood, is the ability to eat at restaurants if all different countries. I don't know if this is the best Lebanese food ever, but everything there is very good and the people working there are very friendly. Keep in mind, when you order a wrap with the fries add-on, that means fries inside, so if you want fries you have to order a side of fries. Love this place and the ability to choose what you're of food I'm in the mood for in Norwood.

Nice place for Lebanese sandwiches. I asked a sandwich without onion, they still put onion, one less star for this.

Decent in a pinch, I guess. I had a Famous Chicken Schwarma Rollup. It was just okay. What held it back was that the chicken was on the dry side and there was too much liquid for the wrap to hold so it was a mess by the time I was done.I also felt it was slightly on the small side compared to what I was expecting. That said, it was on the inexpensive side, but I'd rather pay a little more for a bigger portion.

You will be hard-pressed to find better Lebanese food items in the Boston area than To Beirut. Always fresh and delicious and authentic, and a solid value. A large menu offers you many meat, vegetarian or combination items. Stop in for a lunch or dinner, or order catering that will surely be a hit at your party or gathering (we have done so multiple times and it always was a big success to those who are accustomed to this cuisine and newcomers alike). Aziz and his team are great. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, always fresh and delicious! Fast friendly service. The owners are often here interacting with customers. Such a great example of a local family run restaurant!

This is a great middle-eastern (Lebanese and Greek) restaurant. We had several roll-ups, baba ganoush, falafel, and stuffed cabbage. Everything was delicious! Prices are very reasonable. There is no wait-service here; you order at the counter and bring your food back to your table. The food is fresh and healthy. Heartily recommended.

Horrible experienceGuy at register kept blowing his nose and never washed his hands. He kept touching everyone's food. How disgusting. How many people will get sick??He charged me an extra $1.50 for hot sauce that tasted like garbage. How do you charge for sauce?? Food lacked flavor and service was horrible Instead of having a repeat customer your unsanitary practices and price gouging resulted in this bad reviewWorse experience ever

Wonderful shawarma.. specially the garlic sauce And even the fresh made falafel was heaven on earth

Expensive. Tiny portions. Slow. I ordered 4 (tiny) sandwiches to go (2 falafel and 2 beef shawarma). I was asked if I wanted fries inside the sandwich - said "yes" thinking it was included like most other Lebanese places. They charge $1 per sandwich for 2-3 single fries! Sandwiches are tiny and I mean tiny - can barely taste the meat or falafel. It took 15 minutes to get the sandwiches which ended up costing nearly $30! Ate one in the car a minute later, bread was dry. Taste is average. First and last time.

Owner/Operators running their business. Arrogant, rude and disrespectful. The prices are high and a ripoff. The taste doesn’t match the price. I honestly would not recommend this place.

Beef Shawerma was perfect, I'll be stopping in whenever I'm in the Norwood area

I have been looking for a place that serves authentic sharwama for a long time and i found that at To Beirut. They let you choose what you would like in the sharwama. The service is fast and the employees are friendly. They also do delivery.
Janet Laughead
One of my favorite places! The food is exquisite - tasty and perfectly fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very good. Setting is comfortable, not fancy. Market next door is exceptional, too.

Real good food and fast friendly delivery. I was in town for a work meeting, gave them a try and did not regret one bit. Keep up the great fresh food.

Falafullo salad was fun. Knefe or whatever the semolina dessert is called is also lovely.

The lamb kebabs were delicious, tender and perfectly cooked medium rare. Tabbouleh upgrade totally worth it. The dandelion appetizer was sumptuous with caramelized onions. Tasty garlic sauce and hummus complemented the lamb. Falafel and cheese sambousek I nibbled and enjoyed. Nice atmosphere. Friendly people. Good for dining in (date night).

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and decided to stop in here for lunch one day. My boyfriend had the to beirut chicken plate and I had Irene’s homemade lamb gyro plate. Best decision we made all day. If we are ever back in town, we’ll be stopping in again.
Christa Bohan
The people are always pleasant and the food is always perfection. You must try the falaffalo (buffalo falafel) appetizer if you're a fan of spicy buffalo sauce. Also their falafel nachos (with spicy chicken) will make you want to come back here every night of the week. I usually get the late-night lamb gyro because the fries come in it and it's packed with flavor and texture.
Firas Al Rubaiawi
First visit to the restaurant, it is look good with fresh food.

Great place for a falafel wrap! Get the buffalo version! Excellent and great prices. If you generally eat larger portions order two because they are on the smaller side.
